Josphat Kihara Kimani “ Joe” is the founder and CEO of Estidama International Consultants Ltd. He heads the operations of the firm and is our thought leader on innovative professional practices and planning processes across all of our consulting services. With over 13 years of international project experience across the Middle East and Africa, Joe a mechanical engineer and project manager by profession is also a LEED AP and an EDGE Expert who has firmly established expertise in green building and commissioning management, MEP systems design & construction, project management, organizational management, development of technical staff, carbon accounting and leadership consulting in built environments and communities.

He has built a remarkable reputation by delivering projects to a wide range of clients in areas
as diverse as project developers, project financiers, project consultants, contractors, facility managers and home owners. He is a result driven professional who has been influential in the advancement of sustainable buildings and cities such as the iconic Dubai Expo 2020 where he was appointed as an Independent Commissioning Authority to manage MEP commissioning process as well as to safeguard the LEED program compliance and certification for 16 buildings within EXPO 2020.
