Keracolor FF Tile Grout
Description
MAPEI: Keracolor FF Tile Grout High Performance Cementitious Tile Grout- 5kg
Keracolor FF is a high-performance, polymer-modified cementitious grout by Mapei, designed for grouting joints up to 6mm wide on interior and exterior floor and wall tiling. Classified as CG2WA under EN 13888-1, the grout delivers improved performance with reduced water absorption and high abrasion resistance, meaning grouted joints stay cleaner, resist wear and maintain their appearance over time.
The product features Mapei’s proprietary DropEffect® Technology, a hydrophobic additive system that gives the cured grout highly water-repellent properties: water beads on the surface rather than being absorbed, making joints significantly less prone to staining and easier to clean.
Keracolor FF is suitable for use with ceramic tiles (single-fired, double-fired, klinker, porcelain), natural stone (marble, granite, agglomerates), and glass and marble mosaics. It can also be used in swimming pools and on smooth, polished surfaces including pre-smoothened porcelain and glazed tiles. Available in 20 colours from the Mapei range, allowing precise colour matching to complement any tile specification. When mixed with Mapei Fugolastic, performance characteristics are enhanced for use under harsh conditions including building facades, swimming pools, bathrooms and heavy-traffic commercial floors.

Efficiency Features
- Material Efficiency – GEV EMICODE EC1 Plus certified (“very low emission”) — independently verified by GEV (Gemeinschaft Emissionskontrollierte Verlegewerkstoffe, Klebstoffe und Bauprodukte e.V.) for very low volatile organic compound emissions, supporting healthier indoor air quality in occupied buildings.
- 100% dry solids content with no solvents in the powder formulation, eliminating emissions during storage and transport.
- DropEffect® water-repellent technology extends the functional lifespan of grouted joints by reducing water penetration, staining and biological growth.
- Low shrinkage formulation produces crack-free joints, reducing the need for rework and material replacement after installation.
- Supports LEED certified projects: Mapei products are formulated to assist project designers and contractors in meeting Indoor Environmental Quality credits under LEED and other green building certification systems.
- High abrasion resistance reduces degradation in heavy-traffic areas, extending maintenance intervals and reducing lifecycle material consumption.
