First Straightline ecoBack is a Cradle to Cradle Certified Gold carpet tile with 52.7% total recycled content, designed for commercial interiors where indoor air quality, acoustics and circularity matter. Its ecoBack backing, which is a fully recyclable polyolefin layer containing a minimum of 75% post-industrial recycled material, is PVC and bitumen-free and has achieved Platinum-level material health assessment.
The tile uses 100% PA6 solution-dyed nylon in a tufted 1/10″ loop-pile construction, delivering a refined linear pinstripe pattern in 22 colour combinations that can be mixed and matched with other ranges in the modulyss First collection. Rated EN 1307 Class 33 for heavy commercial use, the tile reduces impact noise by 24 dB and is suitable for continuous castor chair use, making it well suited to open-plan offices, co-working spaces, education facilities and hospitality projects in Kenya’s growing green building sector.
