Ultracolor Plus is a high-performance, Portland cement-free grouting mortar with fully offset residual CO₂e emissions, designed for joints up to 20 mm wide across ceramic, porcelain, natural stone and glass mosaic surfaces. Its formulation incorporates two proprietary MAPEI technologies: BioBlock®, which distributes organic molecules through the joint microstructure to inhibit mould growth, and DropEffect®, which repels surface water for easier cleaning and long-term stain resistance. Certified EMICODE EC1 Plus for very low VOC emissions, Ultracolor Plus supports healthier indoor environments for both installers and occupants. The product is available in 40 colours, contributes to LEED credits, and is suitable for high-traffic commercial environments as well as residential interiors, façades, balconies and swimming pools.
