The SCHELL EDITION E is a contact-free infrared sensor urinal flush control designed to minimise water consumption and eliminate physical contact in public and commercial washrooms. The unit detects user presence automatically and triggers a flush cycle only after use, preventing the wasteful timed-interval or continuous flushing still common in many public facilities. Its adjustable flush time (1–15 seconds) allows facility managers to calibrate water volume precisely to the specific urinal and plumbing configuration, avoiding over-flushing. The chrome-plated plastic front panel provides a clean, contemporary appearance suited to offices, commercial buildings, schools and hospitality environments. An automatic stadium programme is specifically designed for high-throughput venues, delivering a short per-user pre-flush and consolidating the main flush after the last user departs, substantially reducing total water consumption during peak demand. The unit operates on mains power via a concealed transformer, removing the lifecycle waste of disposable batteries. Designed for use with the SCHELL COMPACT II concealed urinal flush valve or MONTUS urinal module (sold separately). Compatible with SCHELL’s SWS Water Management System and SSC Bluetooth module.
